Description:
Assignment can be done individually or in small groups
Students will pick a specific country, region or culture that they wish to research. Using the Internet, they will find recipes from that country, why that recipe is specific to that area, and what the history/use of that recipe within the country/region/culture may be.
The student will create some form of presentation (powerpoint, handouts, etc) and present it to the class. They will also make the recipe that they picked.
