Title: Who reached the Americas first?
Topic: Looking into Stories of previous visitors to the Americas.
Grade: High School History
Idea: Students will use the webquest at the few sites listed below to explore a few different alternatives as to who reached America first. They will find information from a variety of legends, stories and opinions from different historians. They will then pair up and present to the class which alternative theories might have some truth behind them. They will present to the class a quick, 5-minute presentation on what they learned and why the theory they researched might be true.
